ORLANDO, Fla. (June 16, 2020) – Bitman O’Brien & Morat, PLLC welcomes Faron Cajthaml of counsel for the mortgage servicing and consumer finance department. His 30 years of experience has been focused in financial services and the banking industry.
Cajthaml served as general counsel for industry leaders including Bank of America, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., JP Morgan Chase Bank and USAA Federal Savings Bank. He also has litigation experience as managing attorney for Butler and Hosch, P.A.

He is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Cajthaml was in the top 25 percent of his class at Stetson University College of Law. He also served as a missile officer for the United States Navy. He is married with two adult daughters.
