Chris Conrad is an Associate at Bitman O’Brien & Morat, PLLC. Before undertaking his legal career at Bitman O’Brien & Morat, Chris spent years working in various financial service roles that catered to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Chris has been employed by large, national commercial banks, medium-sized regional banks, and community banks where he held roles such as commercial lender, commercial loan underwriter, commercial loan portfolio manager, and internal credit examiner. Additionally, Chris spent a decade working as a qualified intermediary, commercial escrow officer, and commercial title insurance underwriter for a publicly traded holding company that owned three of the largest title insurance underwriters in the United States.
Chris attended The College of Idaho where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Minor in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law.
Chris’ prior experience in complex commercial real estate transactions will enhance his burgeoning practice which encompasses construction, landlord/tenant disputes, and civil litigation.
