William Turner, colloquially known as “Chip,” has thirty years of experience representing businesses, governments, and individuals in commercial and construction matters while a partner at a national law firm and as an Assistant County Attorney for Orange County, Florida. Known to his peers as the lawyer who thinks outside the box and who keeps his eye on the big picture, Chip works to bring results to clients with a cost-effective, sensible, and efficient approach.
Chip raised two sons to manhood as a full-time father, while also practicing law full time. Now that his sons are “up and out,” Chip looks forward to helping current and future clients at Bitman, O’Brien & Morat.
In his free time, Chip pontoons on the water outside his New Smyrna Beach condo or struggles to play his mandolins.
