Bryan Jones is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011. Bryan is a lifelong Florida resident who concentrates his practice on various litigation matters. Prior to joining Bitman O’Brien & Morat, Bryan obtained experience representing both creditors and debtors in mortgage foreclosure actions, as well as representing clients in a variety of other civil matters, including breach of contract claims, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant and eviction matters, condominium association litigation, and creditor/debtor rights disputes. Bryan maintains a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and is dedicated to producing the best results possible for his clients.
Bryan attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, before earning his Juris Doctor at the Florida International University College of Law. Bryan was a member of the FIU College of Law trial competition team as well as the law school’s ABA Negotiation Competition team, where he and his competition partner were crowned Southeast Regional Champions and reached the championship round of the national finals, placing fourth nationally out of 215 teams from 112 law schools. Upon graduation, Bryan was honored by the Florida International University College of Law Faculty, receiving the award for Best Oral Advocate in his graduating class. Bryan also participated in his law school’s investor advocacy clinic, representing aggrieved investors in FINRA arbitration matters.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and amazing son. Bryan is also a huge sports fan, rooting on his Florida Gators as well as all of the South Florida professional sports teams.
